These terms apply when you browse or buy from the Velvetrie Designs website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping policy, Refund & return policy and Privacy policy.

Products and colours

• We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different light.
• Prints, embroidery and dyes can vary a little from piece to piece. This is normal and is not a defect.
• Measurements in our size guide are approximate and can differ by about 1 inch.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and cash on delivery (where available).
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

• Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation.
• We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address can't be served, or we suspect fraud. You get a full refund for any amount paid.
• Cash on delivery may be limited by order value or pincode, and may be refused after repeated undelivered orders.

Shipping, exchanges and refunds

Delivery, exchanges, returns and refunds follow our Shipping policy and Refund & return policy.

Use of our website

• All photos, videos, designs, text and the Velvetrie name and logo belong to Velvetrie Designs. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
• Please don't misuse the website, place fake orders or try to disrupt it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
