We ship across India from Kerala. Every order is checked by hand and packed with care before it leaves us.
Shipping charges

Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes. The shipping charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2 working days of your order.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
- Items that need alteration or are made to order take longer. We'll tell you the expected date before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and can be longer during festivals, sales, bad weather or for remote pincodes.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we send the courier name and tracking number to your mobile on WhatsApp or SMS. For help, message us on WhatsApp +91 95265 35078 with your order number.
Address and delivery attempts
- Please give a complete address with house name, landmark, pincode and a reachable mobile number.
- The courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts. If a parcel comes back because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we can reship it after you pay the shipping charge again.
- For cash on delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If the outer package looks opened or damaged, please don't accept it, or record an unboxing video when you open it. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out quickly. See our Refund & return policy.
International shipping
We currently ship only within India. For orders to other countries, contact us at info@velvetriedesigns.com and we'll check what's possible.
